Tim is passionate about people and loves to help others to achieve something great, to help people to move a step closer to their dreams. In real estate he also held the same passion, to help clients achieve their goals, to move to their next endeavour, to find their dream home.

Tim is experienced in both property sales and property management, which is a rare skill in the current market. To achieve more opportunities as he strategises each listing through multiple lenses. Consistent ability to negotiate and manage buyers and/or tenants has become a norm in his life.

With a firm understanding of clients' expectations, Tim works towards exceeding them daily. As a young oversea student from Taiwan, who came to Queensland at the age of 11 by himself. Learned the importance of helping others as he received much support from those surrounding him. Now he sets his sights on helping others as he was helped. Always loved Brisbane and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Always grateful for the support of family, teams, clients and the local community for the achievements of yesterday, today and tomorrow
