Very smooth transaction. Getting a price that’s much higher than what I expected in the first week. Very impressed with Tony and his professional team.

In order to choose my sales agent I sought information from four (4) different real estate professionals. I chose Tony as he presented the most comprehensive and relevant information. Throughout the entire process Tony kept me well informed at each step of the way. I have dealt with multiple properties over time Tony but made sure I completely understood any technical issues. This was not only reassuring but relevant as standards/procedures can vary between the different States and can therefore be a little confusing ( I'm from SA). I don't believe Tony could have done anything, any better. At one stage he even helped the purchasers inexperienced agent and solicitor through some issues in order to prevent delay in the transaction.
